A&G MERCH collects and utilizes personal information in order to provide superior customer service and provide convenient access to our products and services. In addition, at your option, your personal information may be used to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers and other information we think you would like to hear about.

A&G MERCH must on occasion work with third party companies in order to provide certain products and services. On occasion we may be required to provide your personal information to these companies. For example, we give shipping companies this information so they can deliver your products efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes ONLY and we require all companies to safeguard your personal information in strict compliance with A&G MERCH policy.
When you browse AANDGMERCH.com, you are able to do so anonymously. Generally, we don't collect personal information when you browse - not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.

A&G MERCH RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of ship date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. All returns must be approved by A&G MERCH. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
All custom, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at IGOTIT@AANDGMERCH.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We will immediately reply with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, A&G MERCH will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to A&G MERCH within 10 days of the shipping order date. At the store we will issue you a store credit or you may exchange your item for something new.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your items immediately. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Call 718-388-1779 or email IGOTIT@AANDGMERCH.com for a return authorization on damaged items. You will not be charged for any return shipping of a damaged or defective item.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.
Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 8.875% sales tax.
