SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

A&G Merch has determined the best, most efficient shipping methods, based on the merchandise you have selected. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. We've selected the best professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. SHIPPING OPTIONS
  • 1. White Glove delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap and inspect. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
  • 2. UPS standard delivery - Most non-furniture items can ship UPS ground service.
  • 3. UPS express delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS express.
  • 4. In-store Pickup
  • 5. Complimentary delivery – A&G Merch Gift Cards ship free of charge via UPS ground service
  • 6. Free Shipping above $100 – excludes large items, furniture items, international checkout orders, and some other exclusions may apply.
INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT (General)

At A&G Merch, we do our best to accommodate all preferences and ship to most requested locations. A&G Merch has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT (Dropshipping)

Important information regarding Dropshipping with International Checkout: It is common place in our industry to process international orders with a delivery address in the United States. International Checkout will process these orders on your behalf as the customer is still utilizing an international form of payment. When International Checkout returns to your site to place the order, we will update the shipping address to reflect the US delivery address the customer has requested. We ask that you ship these items directly to the US address provided rather than shipping the items to our domestic facility as this reduces cost and transit time.

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. We make the process simple by not requiring an authorization. ANY MERCHANDISE OTHER THAN FURNITURE

Any item purchased on our website can be returned for a store credit as long as we receive the merchandise back no later than 14 days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Items not returned in original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a store credit that will be sent to you in the form of a gift card. Please be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 14-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

IN-STOCK FURNITURE

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Round-trip shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. The item will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • In order to receive store credit on furniture being returned please use the following procedure:
  • Contact A&G Merch within 14 days of receiving your item. You may contact us at 718.388.1779 or e-mail igotit@aandgmerch.com so that we can arrange for the item to be picked up. We must be contacted within the 14-day return window or we will be unable to honor the return.
  • We will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method. An assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pickup.
  • The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.
SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE

We accept returns of special order furniture for store credit only. Please follow the instructions for returning in-stock merchandise. In addition to non-refundable round trip shipping charges, there will also be a 20% (of the cost of the item) restocking fee deducted from your refund.

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE

Because merchandise purchased specifically for holiday is time sensitive, we can accept returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than five days from your date of order. We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise post holiday. Please use the procedure above to make your returns.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately we do not take returns on sale items

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery of items that appear to be damaged. Please contact us, immediately by email, igotit@aandgmerch.com or phone, 718.388.1779 as soon as you receive a package with visible damage. If possible please take pictures of the damaged item and do not accept delivery. We will contact you to exchange or replace damaged items. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting the piece.

BACK ORDERS

We try hard to keep everything in stock at all times but sometimes items sell out. You do have the option to order them and wait for them to arrive at which time we will ship them out to you. For all back-ordered items you will receive an email from us giving you an estimated time frame for the item, as well as the option to hold the remaining items on your order or have them ship out in two different shipments.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
